Facilities
Our Parets del Vallès facilities are located in the former Tipel factory, a 17,400 m2 industrial complex and the result of two renovations in 1988 and 2000.
There are two decorated buildings: the main offices, designed by Rafael Bartolozzi in blue with a crown of thorns at the top, and the mold workshop, designed by Eduardo Arranz Bravo, which formerly housed the boiler room and laboratory. The warehouses were later completely renovated, adding a warehouse area with six loading docks.

CdC Quality Policy
The management of ZESTAN SA defines and documents its commitment to implementing and maintaining chain of custody requirements in accordance with the applicable PEFC and FSC® standards.
Zestan is an organization whose main objective is to manufacture and market all types of displays, using materials and extraction processes that are respectful of the environment and society. One of the raw materials used is wood, which is why Zestan has implemented a chain of custody system, guaranteeing that the wood purchased has been manufactured in compliance with established requirements throughout all processes. Zestan, in a firm commitment to ensuring compliance with the established provisions, guarantees its clients and other interested parties that:
- Acquire wood or its derivatives from illegal logging or through illegal marketing channels
- Violation of human or traditional rights in forestry operations;
- Destruction of high conservation values in forestry operations;
- Significant conversion of forests to plantations or non-forest uses;
- Introduction of genetically modified organisms into forestry operations;
- Violation of any of the ILO's core conventions, as defined in the 1998 Declaration of Fundamental Principles and Rights at Work, and of the social, safety, and health requirements promoted by the organization, such as:
- Do not prevent workers from freely associating, electing their representatives, or collectively bargaining with the company.
- Do not use forced labor,
- Do not hire workers below the legal minimum age of 15, or below the compulsory school age, if higher.
- Ensuring that working conditions do not endanger the safety or health of workers.
The Policy is communicated to all Company personnel and is also available to customers, suppliers, or any interested party upon request.
All of this is aimed at continuous improvement, achieving an optimal level of safety for the performance of work, respecting the environment in which it is carried out, and adapting the activity to the requirements of the contracts.
